Section I: Institutional Operational Framework

This legal document governs the operational relationship between Golfentra and individuals who utilize our online platform, hereafter referred to as members. By accessing our platform, browsing available times, or initiating a slot reservation, members explicitly consent to follow these terms. This agreement complies with the Control of Exemption Ordinance (Cap. 71) and the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) of Hong Kong . If a member disagrees with any part of these structural terms, they must stop using our platform immediately.

Our organization maintains the right to modify these rules to mirror changes in our operational procedures or local laws. Continued use of our booking platform after updates implies a member acceptance of the revised text. These conditions establish a binding legal arrangement between the member and Golfentra regarding golf course access.

Section II: Reservation Windows & Local Obligations

When members select and reserve a golf slot through our website, that specific spot is held temporarily by us until forty-eight hours from the date of reservation after booking a spot from our site. This structural hold ensures that other online platform users cannot reserve the same spot during this window. If the administrative steps detailed below are not completed within this 48-hours window, the reservation automatically expires. Once expired, the slot returns to our open availability pool for other members to book. Golfentra holds no liability for slots lost due to a member failure to finalize the booking within this timeframe. This system ensures equal scheduling access for our entire community.

To complete the reservation process, members must complete their transaction in person. The member must visit our registered office located at fangolv5building, 736 Nathan Rd, Mong Kok, Hong Kong . At this location, the member must settle the full amount owing for the reserved slot. This step must occur before the 48 hours hold window terminates.

Section III: Cancellation Architecture & Fiscal Adjustments

We accept standard payment methods at our office counter to settle outstanding fees. Failure to visit our physical office and provide the total payment within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the hold. A reservation is only recognized as established once our staff processes the payment and issues a physical receipt. Golfentra allows cancellations. Any slots can be cancelled until the day of the game. If the member cancels the reservation 24-hours before the date of game, the entire sum of the fees will be refunded. However, in case any member decides to cancel their slot on the day of the game, a fifty percent charge will be deducted from the total paid amount. These deductions help cover the operational costs of vacant slots that cannot be rebooked on short notice. After cancellation, we will request the bank credentials of the customer, and we will process the transfer of funds within twenty-four hours of the cancellation request.

However, it may take up to seven days for the funds to reflect on the respective individual's account, depending on their bank provider. Our organization possesses no control over individual banking processing delays or localized institutional holds.

Section IV: Arrival Standards & Identity Requirements

It is the responsibility of the member to be present at the golf course exactly one hour before the game for smooth processing of pre-game procedure. However, if he or she fails to show up, we will count it as a no show, and it will be counted as a cancelled game in which no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. All members must carry their valid government identification document with them during the day of game. Presenting this official identification to our reception staff upon arrival is required to confirm the identity of the person holding the reservation. A failure to show it will be counted as a cancelled slot.

Members can reach us for any type of queries through our live website at contact@golfentra.com. We stay live from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Hong Kong Time (HKT) . Any communications sent outside these operational hours will be reviewed when our staff returns the following business day. Members should include their reservation reference number in all emails to ensure prompt tracking.

Section V: Liability Limits & Asset Protection Laws

To the extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, Golfentra limits its liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from platform usage or course access. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged while on our property. Members engage in activities on our golf course at their own risk. Members agree to use our website and physical golf course in an orderly and lawful manner. Fraudulent booking activity, submission of false bank details, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership privileges. All intellectual property remains the property of Golfentra. Violations will be reviewed under the Crimes Ordinance of Hong Kong.

Our operational standard remains committed to clear service parameters for all members using our venue and facilities in Hong Kong. We ensure regular updates to our digital systems to maintain administrative accuracy and support seamless processing during every scheduled visit to our facility.

Section VI: Support Communications & Governance

Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically to remain aware of any subtle operational adjustments or scheduling modifications made by our team. These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. If a court finds any specific clause within this document invalid, the remaining sections will continue to apply in full force.
